The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment service providers or intermediary institutions outside its control.

Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the bank account from which the funds were originally received, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Once a withdrawal has been processed by the Company, additional time may be required for the funds to reach your bank account.
Deposits may be rejected or returned where required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
Your bank, payment service provider or intermediary institution may apply additional charges that are outside the control of the Company.
